Today was my cleaning day since Howard and I ran the errands yesterday afternoon. I'm glad I did it that way, because we woke up this morning to a sheet of ice on the black top and pouring down sleet/rain! I kept today simple in the meal department since I knew I would be tired for cleaning with Howard 'helping' me. Here's how today went down...
- Breakfast: Iced Coffee for Me, Granola Bar for Joe
- Lunch: Leftover Chili from the freezer for Joe (he was sick of potato soup, so I froze what was left and thawed this instead), Chicken Caesar Salad for Me, and leftover French Bread
- Dinner: Crock-pot Pork Loin with Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions, with leftover French Bread made into Garlic Bread
