Menu Plan Monday!!!

This is my most favorite post to do each week, as I LOVE to cook & menu plan!!! Well, on to the menu for this week...

Breakfasts: Cold or Warm Cereals, Yogurt, Bananas & Red Grapes

Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Canned Soup with Cheese & Saltines

Dinners:

Thursday - Shrimp Alfredo with Homemade Focaccia & Salad
Friday - Leftovers or Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Italian Meatloaf with Buttered Red Potatoes & a Veggie from the Freezer (not sure which one yet, maybe asparagus)

Weekly Spending Totals for 02/04-02/20

I am embarrassed to even post this past week's spending totals, but that is how we are held accountable, and I KNOW that I will do a LOT better this week. I am very determined!

Household: $56.50 (this includes quite a bit of Pine litter from Pet Smart and a LOT of Toilet paper, so we shouldn't need those things for quite a while)
