Walgreen's Trip: 02/20/2011

I had to make a trip to Walgreen's this week to roll my RR's before they expired.  Here's my simple trip...
1 pkg Goody Hair Elastics $2.99 on Sale - $2 RR = $0.99
1 pkg RepHresh Brilliant Tampons $5.99 on Sale - $1/1 MC - $5 RR = FREE!
1 box Kraft Mac and Cheese $1.59 - $0.90 in-ad Coupon = $0.69
+ $0.18 Tax
- $7 RR
Total OOP: $1.85, Received $7 RR for next week!

CVS Trip: 02/20/2011

I thought that I was done with CVS for this week, then when I got home and started reading my emails, I found out that CVS also has FREE EOS Lip-balm this week, so I guess I'll try to stop back in later this week for that freebie.  Here are the rest of the deals for this week...

Menu Plan Monday: February 21st 2011!

This week is going to be a calm one, I just know it!  Mainly because I say so!  I am still sick, unfortunately, so the menu this week will continue to stay simple.  Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold or Hot Cereals, Fruit Smoothies

Lunches: Leftovers, Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, Hard-boiled Egg Sandwiches with Chips

Dinners:
Sunday -Dinner at my Mom's (I'm in-charge of the Pumpkin Pie)
Monday - Meatball Stroganoff on Egg Noodles with Parmesan Broiled Asparagus
Tuesday - Bacon Cheeseburgers with French Fries and Salad
Wednesday - Chicken Cordon Bleu (Frozen singles from ALDI) with Mashed Potatoes, Salad and Homemade Rolls
Thursday - Baked Ham (from Freezer) with Scalloped Potatoes and Salad
Friday - Hamburger Helper (need to use some of these up before they expire) with Salad
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Salad

What's Baking: Pumpkin Pie (for Sunday's dinner), Scones and I'm also making Joe Strawberry Jell-o cups with Peaches in them, not baked, but still sweet!
