Menu Plan Monday: April 4th, 2011!

This week I am going to try really hard to recover fully from my head cold/sinus infection junk, while still getting some more cleaning out and organizing done.  Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies with ground Flax seed, or Cold or Hot Cereal

Lunches: Various Sandwiches with Chips, or Leftovers

Dinners:
Sunday - Homemade Alfredo Pizza with Ham, Bacon and Pepperoni, Salad
Monday - Sauteed Red Sausage with Macaroni and Cheese and Asparagus
Tuesday - Grilled Steak or Chicken with Grilled Artichokes and Baked White and Sweet Potatoes (White for Joe and Sweet for me)
Wednesday - Tacos with Salad or Corn
Thursday - Eggs with Toast or French Toast (we now have fresh eggs; the chickens are back for the season!)
Friday - Out :-)
Saturday - Leftover Buffet or Homemade Pizza with Salad

Extras: Banana Bread or Muffins and maybe Brownies later in the week

Trip to CVS from Friday!

Well, after 5 months, I finally got the nerve and money to go see the doctor about my constant cold.  She thinks it's a sinus infection, we'll see.  I stopped by CVS on Friday to pick up the antibiotics, and I checked the clearance out while I was waiting, here's what I found...
2 M&M Eggs (not on clearance, but I found another coupon) $0.99 ea - $2/2 MC (magazine, adjusted to $1.98) = FREE!

I stopped into Rite-Aid finally on Saturday just to get some FREE cards, and since they also had the pads for the ECB deal in stock, I got those as well.  Then I decided to go back and get a few more FREE cards and use the overage to pay for my newspaper, which thrilled me!  Here's how the trips went down...
