This will hopefully be the last crazy week until the holidays! This is the last week for Joe's physical therapy, we both have multiple doctors appointments before we lose insurance the end of the month, plus there are errands that need to be run, and I work this Tuesday and Friday as well! Like I said busy and CRAZY! But, we still have to eat, so here's what cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold or Warm Cereals, or Yogurt Fruit Smoothies
Lunches: Leftovers or Deli-meat Sandwiches with Chips
Sunday - Chinese Take out!
Monday - Chicken Parmesan Bundles with Buttered Egg Noodles and Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday - Beef Tacos with Mexican Rice and Lemony Artichokes
Wednesday - Tortellini Tomato Spinach Soup with Salad and Homemade Bread or Rolls
Thursday - Turkey (or chicken) Tetrazzini with Asparagus and Homemade Rolls
Friday - Homemade Pizza with Salad
Saturday - Buffalo Chicken Pie with Salad and Sauteed Green Beans
