This past Sunday Big Lots put a coupon out for 20% off everything in the store, so Joe and I stopped in to see what kind of deals we could find.  Here is what we ended up with...

Menu Plan Monday: July 18th, 2011!

This week I am deep cleaning the house.  I have already cleaned out both freezers and have a freezer-cooking day already planned for later this week.  This will hopefully provide some easy and quick meals for weeks to come :-)  Here's what's cooking this week...

Breakfasts: Eggs with Toast and Bacon, Yogurt and Fruit Smoothies, or Granola and Yogurt parfaits

Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Fried Eggs on Waffles or PBJ Sandwiches

Menu Plan Monday: July 11th 2011!

This is going to be a CRAZY week!  Today I went had 12" cut off my hair and donated it to Locks of Love.  Tuesday my mom and I are making a trip to Hanover, PA for some shopping; Wednesday is our regular grocery store day, and I work all day Thursday and Friday.  So, like I said, crazy!  But we must still eat, so here's what's cooking...

Breakfasts: Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, Cold Cereal, or English Muffins and Fruit

Lunches: Fried Eggs on Waffles, Grilled Chicken Buffalo Wraps, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, French Toast or Leftovers
