I'm so sorry for the lack of a Menu plan post last week, but things have been really hectic around here, nothing special, just life in the summer. This is my last week of work at the Museum I work at, and so I will have plenty of time to work even harder on my transcription school work. Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies or Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins with Fruit
Lunches: Leftovers, or Sliced Tomato Sandwiches with Chips
Sunday - Hot-dogs with Annie's Mac and Cheese
Monday - Creamed Chipped-beef Gravy over Freezer Biscuits and Fruit on the Side
Tuesday - Fried Squash, Bacon and Tomato Sandwiches with Corn on the Cob and Fruit Salad
Wednesday - Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts with Rice Pilaf and Salad
Thursday - Out :-)
Friday - Homemade Pizza with White Sauce and Veggies and Dip
Saturday - Broiled Parmesan Tilapia with Jasmine Rice and Steamed Broccoli and Homemade Garlic Bread-sticks
Extras: Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Cookies and Cream Chocolate Pudding
