I am still recovering from pneumonia, and found out Thursday that I now have bronchitis. Well, at least it's a step up in the right direction! Here's what's cooking this week...

Tuesday - Tacos, Mexican Rice and Salad
Wednesday - Ham in Scalloped Potatoes with Broccoli
Thursday - Roast Beef with Rice Pilaf and Mushroom Gravy and a Veggie
Friday - Hamburger Helper with Salad
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Veggies and Dip or Salad
