And Lastly, we stopped into Walgreen's to roll my RR's onto some cheap tea, which we were down to our last box of.  I really wanted to take advantage of the Maalox deal, but they only had cherry, and Joe (the only one who uses that gross stuff) will only use the mint kind - Ugh!  Here's how it went down...

Joe and I stopped out to CVS for a prescription on Saturday, and since I had not gotten any of the deals yet for the week, I went ahead and picked up what I wanted that was left, before the sales changed.  Here's what we ended up with...

I love Giant, but I very seldom get to go there, not that it is out of the way, it's just out of my way.  It's in a shopping center that I don't frequent all that much, but with our hot dog stash dwindling and an amazing deal on organic canned tomatoes, that was enough of a reason for me to stop.  This is what I ended up with...

Menu Plan Monday: 01/23/2012!

Over the weekend I did some more cleaning out and added another banana box of stuff to the flea market pile.  That makes 8 so far!  I hope to continue cleaning out cupboards and drawers throughout the week, and would like to add a few more boxes to the pile of stuff to sell!  This week I am keeping the menu simple, with a few family favorites mixed in.  Here's what cooking this week...

Breakfasts: Fruit/Yogurt/Flax Smoothies, Blueberry Waffles, and/or Cinnamon Sugar or PB Toast with Fruit

Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese, Leftover Pork Roast, or Tuna Sandwiches, and/or Salads

Today's Dollar Tree and Rite-Aid Liquors Trips!

No, I did not buy any liquor in the liquor store, I bought newspapers.  And everyone in the store looked at me as if I had three heads, except the nice gentlemen cashier I sometimes have at the regular Rite-Aid store.  I went to the Dollar Tree to pick up a few things and thought they might have some newspapers left, but it was a no go, so I went next door to the Rite-Aid Liquors store to get two instead.  So, here is what I ended up with...

Dollar Tree Trip:

1 Saline Nose Spray

6 Pie Slices (for Joe, he eats these throughout the month, sometimes he can make them last two)

2-8 ct Watch Batteries (These are for an uber cute snowman I got from my niece for Christmas, probably my favorite knick-knack I got this year, and I already wore out his batteries!)

1 roll Shelf Liner (I used most of mine yesterday!)
