Menu Plan Monday: May 2, 2011!

This week is the lead up to the Civil War event here at the museum, so Joe and I are going to be VERY busy. We have guests coming to visit, and I am still recovering from Pneumonia. So, needless to say, I am leaving a lot up to chance this week with the menu plan, but there is always eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese and salad within easy reach! Here's what's cooking...

Breakfasts: Cold Cereals, Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, Muffins

Lunches: Fruited Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Chips, Leftovers

Dinners:
Sunday - Macaroni and Cheese with Hot-dogs
Monday - Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Chips
Tuesday - Homemade Chicken Tenders with Baked Potato Wedges and Grilled Asparagus
