Menu Plan Monday: April 2nd, 2012!

This week the museum opens for the season, and I have my first tour of the year, so this week is going to be a little crazy with Joe and I trying to get back into the swing of things.  Luckily there are only two tours this week, so it shouldn't be too bad :-)  Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold or Hot Cereal, Yogurt and Granola, Toast, and/or Fruit

Lunches: Leftovers, Salads and Sandwiches, mostly involving turkey that we smoked Friday and that is DELICIOUS!

    Leftovers
    Out!  :-)
Grilled Steak with Crock-pot Baked Potatoes and Salad/Vegetable
Fried Potatoes and Onions, with Bacon, Toast, and Eggs (fresh from the chickens, we got 10 eggs this weekend!)
    Homemade Pizza and Salad
Cheese-steak Sandwiches, with Baked French Fries, Sauteed Peppers and Onions, and Salad
Spaghetti with Garlic Bread, Salad, and a Vegetable
