Well, after two weeks of craziness and vacations and working, things are finally slowing down here at the museum. I am in full swing with my transcription classes, and I am working toward the goal of having my home back in order this week as well. Here's what's cooking...
Breakfasts: Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, Cold Cereal, Bagels with Cream Cheese
Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Eggs and Toast

Sunday - Baked BBQ Chicken Legs with Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Monday - French Toast with Fruit
Tuesday - Broiled Parmesan Asparagus and Tilapia with Rice
Wednesday - Taco Salads
Thursday -Leftover Buffet or Fried Rice
Friday - Homemade Pizza with Salad or Veggies and Dip
Saturday - Out :-)
