Happy Memorial Day! Joe and I are going to two picnics today - YAY! Lots of yummy food and friends and family to spend time with. I have a busy working week this week and have more studying to do for my transcription classes. Here's the simple menu for this week...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, or Homemade Blueberry Pancakes!
Lunches: Leftover Picnic Food, Fresh (from Baugher's!) Tomato Sandwiches with Chips, or Grilled Chicken Salads
Dinners:
Sunday - Leftovers turned Taco Salad
Monday - Picnic @ my Mommy's!
Tuesday - Hamburger Helper with Salad
Wednesday - Crock-Pot Pork Ribs with Baked Potatoes, a Vegetable and Salad
Thursday - Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts, Rice Pilaf, a Vegetable and Salad
Friday - Ravioli (Spinach and Cheese) with Alfredo Sauce and Garlic Bread and Salad on the Side
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Veggies and Dip
Extras: Homemade Frozen Pudding Pops, Fruit and Gelatin Cups, Blueberry Flax Muffins
