First off - HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!! Secondly, this week is full of work, school, Dr appointments, and the start of Spring cleaning! I am STILL suffering from a head cold, and now have a bladder infection to go along with it. So needless to say I am very tired and am in a lot of pain, so this week's meals are going to be simple and we will probably deviate from the plan more than once for easy stand-by favorites like french toast, but don't judge me! j/k ;-)
Breakfasts: Cold or Warm Cereals, Fruit Smoothies
Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese with Soup and French Toast
Dinners:
Sunday - Steak Fajitas (freezer-cooking meal kit) with Mexican Rice and Salad
Monday - Salad with Ricotta and Spinach Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with Italian Seasoned diced Tomatoes, Fresh Baby Spinach and Steamed Shrimp
Tuesday - Orange Chicken Kit (from ALDI) with Jasmine Rice and Easy Egg Rolls (recipe later this week)
Wednesday - BBQ Pork Ribs in the Crock-pot with Crock-pot Baked Potatoes and Salad
Thursday - Bacon Cheese Burger Sliders and French Fries (hopefully on homemade rolls)
Friday - Homemade Pizza with Salad
Saturday - Scalloped Potatoes with Baked Ham (leftovers from the freezer) and Salad or Green Beans
What's Baking?: Cupcakes with Homemade Butter cream Frosting for Valentine's day and hopefully some scones by the end of the week, but we'll have to wait and see...
