Menu Plan Monday Oct 18th 2010

This week is full of doctor's appointments and physical therapy appointments for Joe and work for me; things are going to be a little hectic around here!  Here's what's cooking this week:
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Cream of Wheat or Oatmeal

Lunches: Leftovers or Deli meat Sandwiches with Chips

Dinners:
Sunday - Homemade Pizza
Monday - Cheesy Salsa Mini Meatloaves with Mexican Rice and Salad
Tuesday - Parmesan Broiled Tilapia with Baked Sweet Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday - Coq au Vin Stew with Homemade Bread and Salad
Thursday - Chicken Parmesan Bundles with Buttered Egg Noodles and Salad
Friday - French Toast or Eggs with Toast and Bacon
Saturday - Friends over for dinner -- TBA!
