Menu Plan Monday: September 5th, 2011!

Yeah for September!!!  This week leads up to the MDHS Steam show, where we have two flea market stands, and will hopefully be able to make a little extra money and get rid of some unneeded clutter!  Last night we went to my mom's house for dinner and I brought cupcakes!  Today is Labor day, so we will be spending most of the day setting up our tables (since we set up about 20), and starting to put some things out for sale.  With all of the eventfulness going on, our menu will be pretty simple this week.  Here's what's cooking...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal/Oatmeal, Granola Bars, Fruit, Yogurt, Smoothies, or any combination of what's listed

Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, or Freezer Meals

    Dinners:
Sunday - Dinner at my Mom's house (I'm in charge of yellow cake cupcakes with homemade chocolate butter cream icing!)
Monday - TBA - We are setting up and Joe's mom and husband are coming to help, so we might have company for dinner, or end up getting some take out.
Tuesday - Homemade Chicken Cutlet Sandwiches with French Fries and Sliced Tomatoes
Wednesday -Homemade White-sauce Chicken Enchiladas (Recipe TBA) with Salad or Green Beans
Thursday - Chicken Fried Rice/Leftover Buffet
    Friday - Homemade Personal Pizzas
    Saturday -Take-in :-)

Extras: Continuing to Flash-freeze Bell Peppers from the Garden, Making Refrigerator Dill Pickles with Cucumbers from the Garden, Canning Tomatoes from the Garden, Roast some Chicken Thighs and Shred the meat for the Freezer, and hopefully I will have enough time to make some homemade crackers (recipes to come)
