With 4th of July going on at the Museum today, I have to work this evening, and things are needless to say hectic around here. I have lots of transcribing work to do this week and I work here at the Museum Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so meals around here are going to be very simple! Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, or Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins with Fruit
Lunches: Fried Eggs on Waffles, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Grilled Chicken Buffalo Wraps, or Leftovers
Dinners:
Sunday - Taco Salad
Monday - Leftovers
Tuesday - Grilled Artichokes, Chicken Breasts (extra for the freezer too), and Corn on the Cob
Wednesday - Roast Beef in the Crock-pot with Onion-Mushroom Gravy, Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Thursday - Sauteed Kielbasa with Mac and Cheese or Scalloped Potatoes and Salad
Friday - Out :-)
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Veggies and Dip
Extras: Double Chocolate Chip Cookies and Honey Bran Muffins - Thank you Betty Crocker and Martha White :-)
