Dinner tonight

Tonight for dinner I took some marinaded chicken breasts that I baked last night and cut them up and put them on top of garden salads (Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, carrots & cabbage) with tiny pepperonis, cheese, & croutons. I served them with some reduced rolls from the freezer... The verdict - Yummy!!!
