- Cream 1/2 c butter with 1 tbsp flour, and 1/2 c confectioners sugar.
- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla and about 1/2 c of milk, depending upon how spreadable you like your icing.
- Spread icing onto the cooled pie.
- Serve warmed or cold. Refrigerate leftovers, if there are any ;-)
