I am in the process of reorganizing my stock pile and I love how easy the small tubs from the Dollar Tree are making the organizing!  And best of all, none of my items are falling on the floor!  Here's what I got Sunday...

Menu Plan Monday: June 13th, 2011!

This week is going to be filled with more school work, and prepping for a day away this weekend, and our 4 year wedding anniversary!  Here's what's cooking this week in the mean time :-)

Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Cantaloupe with Cherries, or Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies

Lunches: Tomato Sandwiches with Chips, Leftovers, or Eggs over-easy on Waffles with Fruit

Dinners:

Sunday - Creamed Chipped Beef Gravy over Biscuits from the Freezer and Fruit

Monday - Grilled Chicken Salad with Garlic Bread

Tuesday - Meatballs in the Crock-pot and Freezer Baked Potatoes, Salad

Wednesday - Apple French Toast Casserole

Thursday - Dobbin House in Gettysburg, PA for our anniversary!

Friday - Grilled Salsa Chicken Breasts with Mexican Rice, Corn and Salad

Saturday - Homemade White Sauce Pizza with Veggies and Dip

Extras: Double Chocolate Cookies for Joe and hopefully some homemade Ice Cream (flavor TBA) if I can find my electric ice cream maker!
