Menu Plan Monday Dec 5th!
This week is going to be a crazy one. I have to work at both of my jobs on and off this week, plus we are having house guests this weekend, and I still need to finish decorating and wrapping gifts! Here is our simple menu for the week...
Breakfasts: Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins or Oatmeal/Cream of Wheat
Lunches: Chicken Sandwiches with Chips or Leftovers

Monday - Pierogi Casserole with Smoked Sausage and Salad
Tuesday - Beef Roast Marinara with Buttered Egg Noodles, Garlic Bread and Salad
Wednesday - Shake and Bake Chicken Thighs with Loaded Scalloped Potatoes and Asparagus
Thursday - Clean out Fridge! Leftover Buffet
Friday - House Guests Arriving - TBA
Saturday - Oyster Supper in the Hearth Kitchen with our House guests!
What's Baking: Pudding Cookies and Scones!
