This week Joe helped in the Menu-making process, and I think we have a LOT of yummy meals planned for this week. I also have a LOT of transcribing to do, again, so here is to a simple and productive week! Here's what cooking...
Breakfasts: Cold or Hot Cereals, Toast with Butter and Jam, or Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies
Lunches: Leftovers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Canned Soup, Tuna Fish Sandwiches or PB&J Sandwiches
Dinners:
Sunday - Roast Turkey Breast with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Green Beans
Monday - Leftover Gravy/Turkey/Mashed Potatoes/Green Beans (I'm thinking maybe Hot Turkey sandwiches with sides)
Tuesday - Steak Tips with Mushrooms, Onions and Gravy over Egg Noodles with Asparagus
Wednesday - Soft Tacos with Chips and Salsa or Nachos
Thursday - Out :-)
Friday - Chili
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Salad
Extras: I have an Apple Cider Doughnut recipe and an Oatmeal Bread recipe that I want to try sometime this week, but we'll see how the typing goes in order to know if I'll have any free time to play in the kitchen...
