Joe and I just go home from a long two day trip this evening, and I have two shopping trips planned with my mom this week, plus I have school work to work on, and it's suppose to be very H-O-T! So, needless to say, dinners are going to be easy and light. Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, or Slice Cantaloupe with Cherries and Red Grapes (my favorite!)
Lunches: Grilled Chicken Salad, Sliced Tomato Sandwiches, or Leftovers
Dinners:
Sunday - Hot dogs while camping :-)
Monday - Leftovers
Tuesday - Out with Pap and Elaine for our Anniversary!
Wednesday - Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts with Rice Pilaf and Grilled Artichokes with dipping sauce
Thursday - Grilled Bacon Cheese Burgers with Garlic Potato Wedges (from the $ Store) and Salad
Friday -
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with White Sauce and Veggies and Dip on the Side
Extras: Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies and Cupcakes with Homemade Butter-cream Icing for Joe's b-day, that unfortunately didn't get made last week, so this week it is :-)
