Sorry there was no menu plan last week, I am still recovering from pneumonia, and it's not going so well. However, I am starting to feel better, so hopefully posting will be back to it's regular schedule. Here's what's cooking this week...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Oatmeal, or Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies with Cinnamon Sugar Toast or Muffins
Lunches: Leftovers, Ham or Tuna Sandwiches with Chips and Apples
Dinners:
Sunday - Grilled Hot-dogs with Pasta Salad and Veggies with Dip
Monday - Leftover Buffet
Tuesday - Grilled Japanese Marinated Steak with Homemade Fried Rice (filled with veggies)
Wednesday - Crock-pot Ribs with Baked Potatoes and Salad
Thursday - Hamburger Helper with Salad and Green Beans
Friday - Homemade Chicken Tenders with Baked Potato Wedges and Veggies and Dip
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Veggie and Dip or Salad
Extras: Fruit and Gelatin Cups, Blueberry Muffins
