Well, it's that time again, menu planning time that is! My favorite part of the week! It's starting to stay consistently cold here in MD, so that means it's time to break out the soup, bread and comfort food recipes, and the sweaters of course! Here's what's cooking at the Rogers' household...
Breakfasts: Cold or Hot Cereal, Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies, or Bagels with Yogurt
Lunches: Leftovers, Canned Soup and Crackers or Deli-Meat Sandwiches
Dinners:
Sunday - Hardee's for Dinner!
Monday - Beef, Barley & Shiitake Soup with Homemade Crusty Bread and Salad
Tuesday - Chicken Parmesan Tenders with Buttered Egg Noodles and Sauteed Green Beans
Wednesday - Cheesy Salsa Mini Meatloaves with Mexican Rice and Salad
Thursday - Fish and Chips (take 2! -- not using Cod this go round) and Salad
Friday - Fish Tacos (couldn't make these last week as the cod was horrible!) with Salad
Saturday - Homemade Pizza with Salad
What's Baking: Apple Cider Doughnuts and Chocolate PB No-Bakes
