Food Lion is a grocery store that offers some great printable coupons on their weekly specials e-mail! They usually have very good deals on meat and a LOT of markdowns in that section of the store. They do not double coupons though. Here are the deals for this week...

- Betty Crocker Cake Mixes $1 ea (stock up so that you can make batches of Cake Mix Cookies)
- Kraft Extreme Cheese Explosion boxed Mac & Cheese 2/$1
- Dean's Dips 12-16 oz 2/$3 - $1/1 MC (newspaper) = $0.50 ea
