Monday is here again, and the best part of Monday's is writing up my menu plan for the week, and getting to read everyone else's too, of course!
Here it goes...
Breakfasts: Cold Cereal, Cream of Wheat, Muffins, and/or Fruit
Lunches: Leftovers, PBJ or grilled cheese sandwiches, and/or canned soup with saltines
Dinners:
Sunday - Leftover Buffet
Monday - Fajita Quesadillas with Mexican Rice (glorified leftovers)
Tuesday - Baked Ziti with Meatballs and Pepperoni & Salad and homemade Garlic bread
Wednesday - Steamed Salmon & Broccoli with Salad & Jasmine Rice (possibly leftover Garlic Bread)
Thursday - Homemade Pizza (sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper & onion for Joe, cheese for me)
Friday - Left over Buffet, take 2
Saturday - Taco Salad
