Wal-mart Coupon OVERAGE Trip!

Well, I stopped into Wal-mart earlier this week to use up a few of the coupons I have expiring on 03/31, and to check out their new coupon policy that allows for overage on your other purchases!  Here's what I ended up with...

4 Purex 3-in-1 Travel Pks $0.97 ea - $1/1 MC (newspaper) x 4 = 4 FREE + $0.12 overage!
3 pkgs Gain Dryer Sheets $1.87 ea - $3/1 MC (newspaper) x 3 = 3 FREE + $3.39 overage!
1 Pert Plus Shampoo Travel Size $0.97 - $1/1 MC (newspaper) = FREE + $0.03 overage!
1 pkg Kotex Liners $0.94 - $1/1 MC (came with a sample) = FREE + $0.06 overage!
1-3 lb bag Yellow Onions $1.98
1 pkg Shop Vac bags $10.74 (not pictured)
+ $1.28 Tax
Total OOP: $10.40 <-- LESS than the cost of the Vacuum bags that we needed!!!!  I LOVE it when that happens!
P.S. Also pictured is a bottle of lens cleaner and a cleaning cloth that I got FREE from the Eye place in Wal-mart, using this coupon!

This week I am continuing on my clutter-riding challenge (pictures later), as well as have a Dr's appt to take my husband to, work to do, and, of course, deal shopping that needs to be done.  Here's what's gonna be cooking this week...

Friday - Fajitas (chicken or steak - TBA) with Mexican Rice and Corn

Saturday - Homemade Chicken Alfredo Pizza (again!  Recipe later this week!) with Salad
