Menu Plan Monday!!!

There are quite a few people in the 'Blog world' who are doing their monthly freezer cooking over the next few days. I am going to be joining them and I'll update on here and Twitter as much as possible. I will not be doing a months-worth of cooking, but I will be doing some prep and baking, and I think that still counts :-) Anyway, this is what we are having this week...
