Walgreen's Trip this week

Walgreen's was a quick and simple run this week.  I will need to go back and have the mushroom's returned and re-rung because I forgot to use the in-ad coupon on them, so that will be $0.69 headed my way.  Anyway, here's what I picked up yesterday...

Menu Plan Monday: March 7th 2011!

I have been so looking forward to Spring, but mother nature had different plans apparently; when we awoke this morning to find an inch or so of snow on the ground!  It's March!  I'm so ready for sunshine and warmer weather.  Anyone else?!  Anyway, I have a dr appt this week, and so does my mom, so that will take up a little of my time.  Plus of course there is work, and deal shopping ;-) and hopefully some listing on ebay and craigslist!  Here's what's cooking this week...

Breakfasts: Cold or Hot Cereals, Fruit Smoothies

Lunches: Leftovers or Ham and Cheese Sandwiches or PB&J Sandwiches or Tuna Sandwiches with Chips and red grapes

Dinners:

Sunday - Dinner at my Sister's for her Birthday, the big 4-0!

Monday - Chicken Cordon Bleu (Freezer) with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli

Tuesday - Crock-pot Ribs with Baked Potatoes and Salad

Wednesday - Tacos with Mexican Rice and  Salad

Thursday - Homemade Alfredo Pizza with Salad

Friday - Out!

Saturday - Orange Chicken (Freezer meal from ALDI) over Jasmine Rice with Homemade Egg Rolls (frozen last week) and Broccoli

What's Baking: Banana Nut Bread, Chocolate Chip Cookies
