Menu Plan Monday!
Joe and I are so excited for Thanksgiving this week! I kept my menu simple because I have a LOT of baking to do this week, for obvious reasons...Breakfasts: Cereal, french toast, eggs & toast
Lunches: Leftovers, grilled cheese, pizza
Dinners:
Sunday - Fried Parmesan crusted Tilapia with Parmesan Romano Rice & Broccoli with cheese sauce (it was just as cheesy and delicious as it sounds!)
Monday - Chili with Cornbread
Tuesday - Taco Salad using leftover Chili
Wednesday - Chicken Fajitas with Mexican Rice or leftover Salad
Thursday - THANKSGIVING! Joe and I are eating at his families for lunch; we have to bring the ham and an apple pie. And then for dinner we are eating with my family, where I got lucky and only have to bring the rolls! In other words, we will be very stuffed and very tired by the time we get home that night, but that's what holidays are for, right?! ;-)
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Out!
... So like I said, a very easy & simple week, but very yummy too!
